MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Three people have been arrested for  a stabbing in downtown Myrtle Beach.

Marie Elizabeth Kennedy, 36, was arrested by Myrtle Beach police Wednesday and charged with accessory after the fact to a felony. Her bond was set at $15,000, according to booking information from J Reuben Long Detention Center.

According to a Myrtle Beach police report, 41-year-old Donald Eugene Shephard and 37-year-old Franklin Antoine Morris are also charged with attempted murder for the stabbing. Shephard also faces additional drug and weapons charges.

Myrtle Beach Police say they responded to an assault call just after 7 p.m. on New Year’s Day along Mr. Joe White Avenue near the SkyWheel. A police report suggests the victim, a 45-year-old man, was bleeding from the neck area. He was taken to Grand Strand Medical Center.
