MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A third man has been charged with murder in the deadly shooting at Koyote Saloon in Myrtle Beach in May, according to Horry County police.
Captain John Harrelson says Shawn Tisdale, 26, of Socastee is charged with murder. Tisdale is charged with murder in the May 25 shooting outside Koyote Saloon, located at 3506 Waccamaw Boulevard, which killed one person.
The first suspect, Gary Lee Jackson, 27, of Myrtle Beach, was charged with murder on June 12 in connection to the shooting. The second suspect, Joey Lee Henry, 30, of Green Sea, was arrested June 15.
According to Horry County public index records, all three accused killers were out of jail on bond on previous charges.
Police officers were called to the bar around 2 a.m. on May 25 where they found multiple shell casings and vehicles with bullet holes. Grand Strand Medical Center called police to advise a gunshot victim was brought to the hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
Michelle McSpadden of the Horry County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 26-year-old Reginald Washington, of New York.
Horry County police say Koyote Saloon’s business license was revoked the day of the shooting “as a direct result of numerous incidents and infractions.”
