FAYETTEVILLE, NC— One suspect is charged but still on the run in a Fayetteville murder earlier this week, police say.

Victor Cirello, 63, a landlord at a mobile home park was shot and killed during a robbery on Monday afternoon.

Three suspects are believed to be involved, police said.

On Wednesday night, police said they have charged Quintien Terrell Swann, 17, with first-degree murder in the killing.

However, Swann is not in custody.

“…detectives are encouraging friends and family of Quintien Swann, to have him surrender to authorities,” Fayetteville Police said in an email.

The incident happened around 2:18 p.m. Monday along the 1900 block of Boxwood Lane in the Lakeside Mobile Home Park, Fayetteville Police said.

On Tuesday, police also released video of three people walking and two people running in the area around the time of the killing.

The first responding officers found Cirello inside of the mobile home park office with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Fayetteville police said Cirello was “senselessly” shot during the course of a robbery by three men, who were seen fleeing the area, police said.

Authorities said are looking for three black males who fled after Cirello was shot to death.
