FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Officers with the Florence Police Department continue to investigate a deadly shooting Wednesday evening.
According to Maj. Carlos Raines, spokesman for the department, the shooting happened around 5 p.m. in the 800-block of West Evans Street.
Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken confirmed 18-year-old Timothy Lewis of Florence died from injuries sustained in the incident.
Raines told News13 Thursday morning that 17-year-old Daquan Bostick of Florence was arrested and charged with murder.
Raines said more charges could be coming in the case.
