Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has moved out and left her fiancé after a domestic violence incident at their rented home in Socastee on Wednesday afternoon, according to sources.

Shawn A. Beaumont, who friends with Evans’ fiancé Nathan Griffith and claims to be landlord of the house on Eagle Creek Drive, told WBTW that he was the first on the scene after an incident Wednesday that led to Griffith’s arrest.

Griffith, age 27, is now free on bond after being jailed overnight on a Criminal Domestic Violence charge after police say he grabbed Evan’s engagement ring while pinning her against a toilet in the home.

Beaumont showed up on Thursday afternoon when a News13 news crew was on the road to gather file video of the home, where Horry County Police have shown up twice and where the arrest happened.

Beaumont revealed Thursday that Evans has moved out of the house and that Beaumont talked to police at the arrest scene on Wednesday.

Beaumont did say that earlier in the day he had spoken with Griffith before his release from Horry County Detention Center. One of Griffith’s bond conditions is that he have no contact with Evans.

Evans and Griffith, who share a child named Kaiser, were engaged earlier this year while on a trip to the Caribbean.

Beaumont threatened to call police on the News13 workers, although they were never on his property and violated no laws. News13 photographer Marshall Staton encouraged Beaumont to call police and explained that he was on the road and not on the property of the house.

At one point, Beaumont – off camera but with sound still recording – told the News13’s Marshall Staton “The next time I see you over here I’m gonna smash your f— face.” Beaumont used several expletives during the encounter with News13 on Thursday.
