COLUMBIA, SC (WBTW) – Tammy and Sidney Moorer have obtained a lawyer and plan to file a lawsuit.
Eric Poston, of Chalmers Poston, LLC in Columbia, told News13 on Thursday evening that he has been hired for the Moorers and they plan to file a federal lawsuit against agencies and officers involved in an investigation.
Poston also said the lawsuit will allege constitutional violations and that Tammy and Sidney will be listed as plaintiffs.
