Taco Bell coming in hot!

An Oregon man who credits taco sauce for helping keep him alive while he was stuck in the snow for 5 days is getting a lot of free tacos!

Jeremy Taylor told investigators his SUV got stuck in the snow. He then fell asleep and woke up Monday to even more snow, unable to get out of his car near Wake Butte, Oregon.

He tried to walk out Monday, but the snow was too deep and made it hard to walk so he and his dog returned to the vehicle, the sheriff’s office said.

Over the next few days after initially getting stuck, Taylor told authorities he stayed warm by “periodically starting his vehicle and used a few taco sauce packets he had as food,” the sheriff’s office said.

Taco Bell was so impressed with Taylor viral story that the company announced it is thanking him quite the special way.

“We’re very glad Jeremy and Ally are okay. We know our sauce packets are amazing, but this takes it to a whole new level,” the fast-food company said in a statement to Oregon Live. “We’re in touch with Jeremy and have sent him a well-deserved care package, a year’s supply of Taco Bell, and of course, all the sauce packets that come with it.”

Pass the burrito!
