MARION, SC – The Swamp Fox Entertainment Complex, Marion County Council, Mayors of Marion, Mullins, Nichols and Sellers, Veterans Affairs, as well as the fire and police departments all invite you to participate in a July 4th event designed to bring the unity back into our community. Celebration of Heroes is a salute to veterans, armed service members, law enforcement and first responders. Organizers of this event say “All of these brave people are the backbone of our community and our country. Collectively, we feel they should be recognized on Independence Day, as these heroes put their lives on the line to fight for and protect our freedoms.”
Celebration of Heroes will benefit the Marion County Animal Shelter, as proceeds will go to help the shelter grow and provide great care to the animals that desperately need it.
Admission will be free to the public and $5 for parking.
