LONGS, SC (WBTW) – Horry County police responded to a call about an armed robbery Wednesday night at the Dollar General on Clover Leaf Drive.
The incident report says officers arrived around 9:30 p.m. and spoke with witnesses that said two suspects robbed the store and fled the scene in a customer’s vehicle.
One customer was injured when she fell trying to run from the suspects, but the victim refused any medical treatment.
Early Thursday morning, officers recovered the car stolen by the robbery suspects on Tallwood Road and Highway 57.
