SOCASTEE, SC (WBTW) -Police are investigating after one person was injured during a shooting Sunday afternoon, near Socastee.
According to Capt. John Harrelson with Horry County Police, the shooting happened near Figure Eight Road and Socastee Boulevard. Two people were sent to the hospital with injuries, one of which suffered a gunshot wound.
Police say the suspect in the case has been identified and arrested, but investigators have not released the person’s name or charges.
