CAJUN BURGER


Burger Pattie: 1- 4 oz

Cajun Seasoning: 1/4 teaspoon 

Raw Onion: 1 thin slice, cut in half

Mushrooms: 1/4 cup 

Egg: 1 ea

Bacon, cooked: 2 slices

Cheddar Cheese: 1 slice 

English Muffin, tasted: 1 each 

Salt & Pepper: to taste

Olive oil: 1

French Fries: optional 

1.  In a large non stick sauté pan, heat the oil over a high heat and carefully place the burger in the pan to the one side and season with Cajun. Also, cook the onions & mushrooms with salt and pepper in the same pan. 

2.  Cook the burger about 2 min on each side.  (Cook longer on each if you prefer your burger well done)  Meanwhile, stirring the onions and mushrooms. 

3.  In a separate pan with a little oil, over a medium high heat cook the egg for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
