Summons, complaint filed against apartment complex in Atlantic Beach; could be considered a nuisance

ATLANTIC BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A summons and complaint was filed against an apartment complex in Atlantic Beach to begin nuisance action.

Solicitor Jimmy Richardson confirmed to News13 that the 15^th Circuit Solicitor’s Office filed a summons and complaint on Thursday against the Ocean Apartments on 31^st Avenue in Atlantic Beach.

In November, 10 people were arrested after the Horry County Police Department Narcotics and Vice Unit and other law enforcement agencies executed four search warrants at Ocean Apartments.
