A man wanted for involvement in a Robeson County assault has been arrested and one is still wanted.

Christopher Lynn Locklear, 30, of Nynelle Dr. in Lumberton, was arrested by Robeson County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Wednesday at a residence on Hiawatha Rd. in Pembroke, according to a press release from the RCSO. Locklear’s arrest is in relation to an incident that happened on December 15 around 7 p.m. at a residence on Jefferson Road in Maxton. He is charged with felony conspiracy, second degree kidnapping, discharging a weapon in an enclosure to incite fear, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and assault on a government official. He was placed into the Robeson County Detention Center with a $51,000 secured bond. 

Tommy Dale Barnes, 33, of Cabinet Shop Rd. in Maxton, is also wanted for charges of felony conspiracy, second degree kidnapping, discharging a weapon in an enclosure to incite fear, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
