A Virginia woman wanted for removing her electronic monitoring device has earned her internet fame.
A Jan. 15 Facebook post by the Virginia Department of Corrections has received more than 117,000 comments and has been shared 81,000 times – because of her name.
Cletorious Aretha Fry, 34, is wanted after Virginia law enforcement said she violated the terms of her probation.
While the crimes she is accused of might not garner much attention – the internet has had a field day on the Virginia Department of Corrections Facebook post about Fry.
Warning: the comments on the post are sexually graphic.
Fry removed her ankle bracelet and police are actively searching for her, according to the Virginia DoC.
Her last known address is in Charlottesville.
