LAURINBURG, NC (WBTW) – Nine students were on a school bus involved in a Wednesday morning accident in Scotland County.
All students have been taken to the hospital to be evaluated as a precaution, according to Scotland County Schools. “There does not appear to be any injuries to the bus driver nor the students,” the district posted on its Facebook page.
The bus was for Carver Middle School, number 285. The accident happened on Highway 401 South at Montclair Drive in Laurinburg.
All parents or guardians of the students have been notified.
