Deputies with the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office are searching for a man they consider possibly armed and dangerous. 

According to a post on Facebook from the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Unit, deputies are searching for Quentin Lakendrick McRae, 33, of Gibson.

McRae is accused of robbing a person at the Short Trip convenience store in Gibson, on Wednesday. Deputies say McRae assaulted and robbed the victim. He is also accused of throwing a brick at the victim’s car and shooting at the person. 

McRae was last seen wearing a black hoodie and dark pants. 

McRae is wanted on charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon, discharge of a firearm into occupied property, felony breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and misdemeanor injury to personal property. 

Deputies have arrested Raheem Bines in connection to this case. According to deputies, he aided McRae in the incident. Bines is currently in custody under a $100,200 secured bond.
