UNION, SC (WSPA) — A Union man is accused of sexually assaulting a girl and forcing other young children to engage in sex acts with each other.
Termaine Casey Salter, 25, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and two counts each of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
A child told a caseworker with the S.C. Department of Social Services that Salter inappropriately touched her while her mother was at work, according to a police report.
DSS notified Union Police Department about the allegations in September 2017.
Arrest warrants state Salter sexually assaulted an 8-year-old girl, forced a 7 and 9-year-old to perform sex acts on each other, and also forced a 7-year-old to touch a 4-year-old in a sexual manner.
The alleged crimes happened between August 2016 and May 2017, according to warrants.
Salter was served the warrants on Friday.
