A Robeson County man who’s recently faced charges in connection to stealing cattle and a shooting, now faces a long list of drug charges as well.
According to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, Kevin Carl Hagens, Jr. of Shannon was arrested following the execution of a search warrant on Tuesday, at 95 Gypsy Drive in Shannon.
Investigators seized cocaine, marijuana and prescription medication during the search.
Hagens, Jr. and William Randolph Collins, also of Shannon, were charged with felony conspiracy, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule three controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule six controlled substance, maintaining a drug dwelling for a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Both men were placed in the custody of the Robeson County Detention Center with $200,000 secured bonds.
The sheriff’s office says more arrests are likely.

For Hagens, Jr., this was at least his third arrest in four months.
He turned himself in on December 29 and was charged with discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle. He was given a $250,000 bond at that time.
Weeks before that, Hagens. Jr. was arrested for stealing cattle. Deputies said he and others sold more than 25 cattle in Smithfield.
