While executing a search warrant at a home on Van Born Drive deputies found drugs, guns, and stolen property, according to a press release.
When deputies arrived at the home several people were seen running from the house. Michael Cody Overstreet was located on the next street over and taken into custody.
In the home, deputies found cocaine, marijuana, suboxone strips, drug paraphernalia, and two firearms, one of which was stolen. Other stolen goods were also found in the home.
Overstreet is charged with Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Sell or Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Drug Dwelling, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Overstreet was taken to the Robeson County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond.
More arrests are expected in connection to this case.
