N.C. Sheriff’s K-9 receives some late Christmas gifts

Thanks to the persistence of those in Hertford, North Carolina, one good boy has some brand new gear!

Roll, a 2 and a half-year-old German Shepard from Germany, works with the Perquimans Sheriff’s Office with his handler Deputy Farrar. 

Roll was granted a multi-threat ballistic vest, a Narcan kit, and his own K-9 medical kit courtesy of Protecting K9 Heroes and AWARENC.

Other than his daily duties, Roll enjoys rolling around on the ground, hence his name, and frolicking with his tactical training chicken.
