GREENVILLE, SC (WSPA) – A man with a gun tattooed on his forehead has been charged after he allegedly threw a gun into the grass after a car crash.

Greenville Police say Michael Vines is federally prohibited from possessing a firearm.

The crash happened near the intersection of Green Ave. and Guess St.

Greenville firefighters saw him toss the gun and reported it, according to Greenville Police.

Police say they found the fully-load S&W .38-caliber revolver at that location.

Vines is charged with driving under a suspended license, driving to fast conditions and unlawful carrying of a firearm.

Police say the real weapon was placed in property and evidence.
