A man whose body was found in a vehicle in Robeson County, has been identified.
Damien McLean of the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office told News13 Wednesday that 63-year-old Michael Buie of Red Springs was found dead inside a vehicle on Old Red Springs Road on January 21.
The vehicle was located at a pond about a mile and a half from Red Springs city limits. Authorities told News13 at the time that an initial investigation did not show any signs of homicide.
The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Buie’s death was determined to be a result of natural causes.
