ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WBTW) – 29-Year-Old Michael Morgan is in custody after deputies responded to a breaking and entering in Shannon.
Robeson County Sheriff’s deputies and the Criminal Investigations Division were called to Wagon Wheel Road on Sunday, June 2, 2019, in reference to a breaking and entering as a result of a domestic violence incident. Authorities say a weapon was discharged during the incident.
Morgan was arrested during a traffic stop in the same area. Among his charges are breaking an entering, second degree kidnapping, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, assault by pointing a gun and simple assault on a female. There are no report of any injuries from the incident. Morgan is in custody at the Robeson County Detention Center with a $40,000 secured bond.
