COLUMBIA, SC (WBTW) – A man is under arrest after Columbia Police say he stole a car with a baby inside.
Police say David Monts is accused of stealing a car from a Chick-Fil-A restaurant on Saturday morning.
A 9-month old baby was inside the car when it was stolen, but was later found unharmed a few blocks away.
Monts was captured in West Virginia on Sunday following a high-speed chase.
