Lumberton woman missing since early January has contacted family

Update: Lumberton police are no longer looking for the 26-year-old. Tessa Lee Lowery has made contact with her family, police reported on Wednesday.

Officials in Lumberton are looking for a woman who hasn’t been seen by family members since January 9.

The Lumberton Police Department says Tessa Lee Lowery is 26 years old.

She has brown eyes and brown hair and stands at 5’6″, weighing about 120 pounds.
