LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) – Lumberton police are searching for four men after an armed robbery at a Dollar General store Wednesday night.
Captain Terry Parker with the Lumberton Police Department says four masked men entered the Dollar General at 240 Roberts Avenue at 9:41 p.m. and robbed the store at gunpoint. No one was hurt, but the robbers did get away with the store’s cash.
Police did not give descriptions of the suspect, nor have they released photos from the robbery. Capt. Parker has not commented on whether police believe the four suspects in the Dollar General robbery are the same suspects from Tuesday’s PNC Bank robbery.
