Law enforcement agencies started preparing Sunday morning for what they expect to be a large crowd at the Drag Queen Story Hour event in Simpsonville.
The event will start at 3 p.m. at the at Five Forks Library.
South Carolina Highway Patrol and Greenville County deputies started blocking off roads and parking lots before 9:30 a.m., according to 7News crews on scene.
Crews on scene were told that no one will be permitted into the parking lots of the library until 2 p.m.
