KINGSTREE, S.C. (WBTW) – Police are looking for a man in connection to a murder in Kingstree earlier this month.
Police say they want to speak with Travon Maurice Hamilton, 25, about the murder of Ramone Whitfield.
The incident happened at 825 Tomlinson Street, the Hampton Place Apartments, on Jan. 20, according to the Kingstree Police Department.
Police say Hamilton is a person of interest in the murder. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds.
Warrants are out on Hamilton for an unrelated incident, officials said.
