On August 23, the officers with Moncks Corner Police Department arrested Frederick George Brown and charged him with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 3rd Degree, according to Chief Rick Ollic with Moncks Corner Police Department.
The 43-year-old female victim reported that she was living in the same residence with Brown when he forcibly had non-consensual intercourse with her on August 16, Ollic stated.
The victim states that he has forced her to have sexual relations with her several times previously. Police detectives also found that Brown had a lengthy criminal record, authorities stated.
According to the YMCA website, Brown is listed as a Finance Officer of the greater Charleston YCMA.
Brown was lodged in the Hill-Finklea Detention Center on a $25,000 bond, and ordered not to have contact with the victim.
