FAIRMONT, NC (WBTW) – Fairmont police have charged a man after marijuana, a reportedly stolen gun, and other items were seized.

Officers with the Fairmont Police Department executed a search warrant at 504 McDaniel St. on Monday morning, according to a post on the FPD’s Facebook page. Officers seized “approximately 200 grams of Marijuana, digital scales, US currency and a stolen firearm that was reported stolen out of Cumberland County.”

Marquez McDowell, 18, was charged, the post also said. He was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of a stolen firearm, and second-degree trespassing.
