SPARTANBURG, SC (WSPA) – If you’re heading to the Masters Tournament this year, there’s one phrase you’ll want to avoid: Bud Light’s popular marketing phrase, “Dilly Dilly.”
The Augusta National Golf Club reportedly will escort anyone from the course who yells the phrase on the grounds.
However, Bud Light thinks it’s found a way around the reported ban. The brewer will deliver a thousand “Dilly Dilly” shirts for fans to wear.
Bud Light posted on Twitter a letter that ends with the words, “For if thou cannot say Dilly Dilly, thou can still wear Dilly Dilly.”
