PEMBROKE, NC (WBTW) – The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is investing the death of a 21-year-old Pembroke man as a homicide.
Deputies found Jay L. Oxendine, of Prospect Road, dead whey they arrived at his home on the 2200 block of Prospect Road.
Oxendine’s girlfriend found him when she got home from work at about 10:35 p.m. on Thursday, according to the sheriff’s office.
