GREENVILLE CO., SC (WSPA/WBTW) – The Greenville County coroner says a fourth child has died after a crash in Taylors, South Carolina. 

According to the coroner, 2-year-old Ar’mani Jamison died at Greenville Memorial Hospital around 5:20 p.m. Sunday, WBTW’s sister station WSPA reports.

The crash happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday on Mountain Creek Road near Mountain Creek Baptist Church.

Troopers say there were five people in the van, including four children and the driver, when it ran off the right side of the road and hit several trees.

Three children died at the scene of the crash. The victims were identified as 4-year-old Arnez Yaron Jamison Jr., 6-year-old Robbiana Evans, and 8-year-old Jamire Halley. ​​​​​​Investigators don’t know if the three children were wearing seatbelts.

The driver, identified as 27-year-old Arnez Yaron Jamison, was taken to the hospital.

The S.C. Highway Patrol has charged him with three counts of felony DUI, driving under suspension, child endangerment, and uninsured motor vehicle fee violation.
