LUMBERTON, NC (WBTW) – The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office says 41 people were arrested during ‘Operation Rise and Shine.’
The RCSO, with assistance from the Eastern District of North Carolina US Marshals Service, served multiple warrants throughout the county and in Pennsylvania, according to a press release from the RCSO. These warrants included murder, various felonies and misdemeanors, failure to register for sex offenses, and others.
The following people were arrested:
- Steltson O’ Bryan Davis, 31, of Lumberton: charges include first degree murder, possession of firearm by a convicted felon, assault on a female, assault with a deadly weapon and assault by pointing a gun. Davis was arrested in Allegheny County, PA.
- Billy Joe Hunt, 35, of Fairmont: charges include communicating threats and simple assault and battery
- James Clemon Grant Jr., 56, of Lumberton: charges include parole violation
- Jordan Allen Locklear, 24, Maxton: charges include assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill
- April Cummings, 48, of Lumberton: charges include failure to appear
- Dwayne Chavis, 40, Pembroke: charges include failure to pay child support
- Danielle Locklear, 33, of Red Springs: charges include failure to pay child support
- Corey Mathis, 30, of Pembroke: charges include communicating threats
- Phazon Roddy, 24, of Pembroke: charges include felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
- Freddie Lee Jacobs, 52, of Lumberton: charges include assault on a female
- Donald Austin Clark, 28, of Lumberton: charges include two counts discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle, non-support of child and possession of a stolen firearm
- Adrian Ojeda, 19, of Fairmont: charges include larceny of firearm
- Michael Maynor, 31, of Lumberton: charges include felony larceny, possession of stolen property and burning of person property
- Austin D. Locklear, 21, of Red Springs: charges include breaking and entering, felony larceny and DWI failure to appear
- Christopher Noles, 18, of Fairmont: charges include possession of stolen goods
- Michael Hucks, 39, of Lumberton: charges include parole violation
- Aryanna L. Chavis, 18, of Lumberton: charges include cyberstalking
- Taylor Edwards, 20, of Pembroke: charges include cyberstalking
- Joshua A. Scott, 38, of St. Pauls: charges include breaking and entering and conspiracy to breaking and entering with the intent to commit a larceny
- Clyde Brewer, 65, of Shannon: charges include domestic criminal trespassing and communicating threats
- Heath Barnes, 40, of Pembroke: charges include non-support of child
- Daryl Adcox, 46, of Lumberton: charges include non-support of child, possession of firearm by a convicted felon, manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substance and possession of marijuana paraphernalia
- Phonenix Maynor, 22, of Maxton: charges include misdemeanor breaking and entering, second degree trespassing, assault on a female and injury to personal property
- Jordan Britt, 31, of Pembroke: charges include breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods
- Jacob Inman, 21, of Lumberton: charges include misdemeanor breaking and entering, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor conspiracy, larceny from person and communicating threats
- Jermaine Waters, 45, of Fairmont: charges include disorderly conduct in a public building and assault and battery
- Emanuel Thomas, 29, of Maxton: charges include assault on a female, simple assault and injury to personal property
- Latricia Mitchell, 23, of Maxton: charges include obtaining property by false pretense
- Edna Locklear, 27, of Maxton: charges include assault and battery
- Kendrick Hanzy, 32, St. Pauls: charges include injury to personal property
- Jacob Chavis, 20, of Fairmont: charges include possessing of stolen property
- Brian Sweat, 36, of Fairmont: charges include non-support of child
- Alvin Thomas 54, of Lumberton: charges include fictitious tags/registration, permit operation of motor vehicle with no insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle
- Tony Lee Locklear, 31, of Maxton: charges include non-support of child
- Cheyenne Locklear, 21, of Pembroke: charges include discharging a weapon into occupied dwelling
- Austin J. Reed, 21, of Frontier Parkton: charges include obtaining property by false pretense
- Kenith Kinlaw, 58, of Lumberton: charges include communicating threats
- Ronnie Neil Locklear, 64, of Pembroke: charges include communicating threats
- Henry C. Ransom, 19, of Maxton: charges include felony possession of cocaine
- Julio Guzman, 54, of Fairmont: charges include two counts of discharging a weapon into an occupied property, possession of firearm by an convicted felon and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury
- Sharrone Brayboy, 36, of St. Pauls: charges include federal probation violation
“Today is the start of an effort to locate and arrest individuals with outstanding warrants in Robeson County,” the press release said. “Sheriff Wilkins encourages anyone with outstanding warrants to turn themselves in now to avoid part two of this operation.”
