Two suspects are in custody after three people were shot in Robeson County on Saturday. 

Major Anthony Thompson, with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Division, says 20-year-old Dustin Holiday Cross and 23-year-old Austin Cross, both of Lumberton, were arrested on Wednesday and charged. Dustin Cross is charged discharging a firearm into occupied property, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and felony conspiracy. Austin Cross is charged with discharging a firearm into occupied property, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, and felony conspiracy. Both men received bonds of $150,000 and remain in the Robeson County Detention Center. Mugshots for both men are not available. 

Thompson also says deputies responded to a shooting at the 301 Casino and Game Room, located at 13161 U.S. Highway 301 North in St. Pauls, North Carolina, around 11:30 p.m on Saturday. 

There had been an altercation between two different groups of males at the SUN DO convenience store at 11775 Hwy 301 in Lumberton, according to Thompson. Two men left the store and went to the game room. Two other men followed and gun shots were fired at each other. 

The victims are identified by the RCSO as 50-year-old Michael Lynn Emanuel, 25-year-old Cory Lynn Emanuel, and 23-year-old Jordan Devon Cummings, all of Lumberton. Michael Emanuel and Cummings have been treated and released from nearby hospitals. Cory Emanuel remains in the hospital. His condition has not been released.
