FLORENCE – South Florence Lindsey Robinson is taking his baseball career to the next level.
Thursday, the pitcher/third baseman signed with USC Sumter. The decision, he said, came down to a family connection. The coach at USCS is an old friend of his father’s.
“I felt like he’s going to be a good coach for me, it’d be a good situation for me to go over there,” Robinson said.
