SOCASTEE- Socastee pitcher Dylan Thompson made his decision final- on Tuesday he signed with the Seattle Mariners.
Thompson was drafted by Seattle in the fourth round of the MLB Draft last week.
This weekend, he flew out to Seattle to have a physical, but wanted to come back to the Grand Strand to sign.
Thompson will leave for rookie ball in Arizona on Thursday. He says he’ll play there for about three months before finding out where he will go next.
