Socastee’s Jason Cudd commits to South Carolina

SOCASTEE, S.C. (WBTW) – Socastee basketball player Jason Cudd has made a verbal commitment to play at South Carolina next year.

The 7 foot 1 center averaged 12 points and 8 rebounds a game last season. He also had offers from Tulane and East Carolina but chose South Carolina because “it’s a great atmosphere, the players are all great people and they have the same goals, it’s just an all around great place to be.”
