MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW)- After a warm front moved across the Carolinas on Saturday bringing periods of rain, there is a slight risk for severe storms Saturday evening.

Stormtracker 13 is keeping an eye on the potential for some storms down to the south in Georgia to move east into our area and redevelop late this evening through the early morning hours.

Much warmer weather is expected on Sunday with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 70s and 80s.

A cold front will move through Sunday with scattered thunderstorms and rain. This front will cool things back down again for the beginning of your work week.

Another storm system will bring rain back to the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.
