Six teens arrested in connection with Georgetown County assault released from detention center

The six teens arrested in connection with an assault in Georgetown County that was caught on video have been released from jail. 

According to the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office, five teens were arrested in the case on Wednesday:

A sixth teen, 18-year-old Blake Allen Finley, was arrested on Thursday.

Holmes was booked around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday and released around 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, according to Georgetown County Detention Center booking records. He is charged with assault and battery by a mob in the third degree. 

Rutledge, Jr. was booked into the center around 4 p.m. on Wednesday and released around 5 p.m. on Thursday, booking records also show. He is charged with two counts of assault and battery by mob in the third degree and bail was set at $20,000.

Newton was booked into the center around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday and released around 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. He is charged with two counts of assault and battery by mob in the third degree and bail was set at $20,000.

Snow was booked into the center around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday and released around 11:40 a.m. on Thursday. He is charged with assault and battery by a mob in the third degree and bail was set at $5,000.

Gatlin was booked into the center around 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday and released around 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. He is charged with two counts of assault and battery by mob in the third degree and bail was set at $20,000.

Finley was booked around 1:15 p.m. on Thursday and released around 5:20 p.m. on the same day. He is charged with engaging in a riot with no weapons or injury involved and his bail was set at $15,000.
