FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – Officers from the Florence Police Department responded to McLeod Hospital for a gunshot wound victim around 3:55 a.m. Friday morning.
The victim later died from his injuries, according to Lt. Mike Brandt. Officers have learned that the shooting occurred in the parking lot of 155 West Lucas Street, Magic City.
Brandon Davon Grant, 29, from Florence died, according to Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken. His body will be autopsied at MUSC Saturday morning.
Police are looking for Trumaal Abdul Brown for questioning about this case.
The shooting is under investigation and police aren’t releasing any other information at this time.
