CONWAY, SC (WBTW) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a serious crash in Horry County Wednesday morning.
According to the SCHP website, the crash happened around 8:35 a.m. at Knotty Branch Road and US 501 outside Conway.
At least two vehicles were involved in the crash. One was found flipped upside-down and another in a ditch.
One person was transported for treatment via helicopter.
Traffic in that area was severely congested after the crash.
