MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A seocnd person wanted in connection to a shooting that happened early Sunday morning during Bikefest weekend turned himself in to police.

According to a press release, Shaylan Isaac turned himself in to Sumter County authorities Monday evening. He was arrested without incident

Lt. Joey Crosby said a victim was shot under the awning of the Holiday Sands North Hotel around 1:40 a.m. Sunday. The victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

According to officers, Issac shot the victim, then ran away from the scene. He was wanted for attempted murder and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

According to an incident report from Myrtle Beach Police, James Anthony Dwyer, 18, is charged with attempted murder in the shooting. Dwyer is charged with attempted murder and possession of marijuana.
