Police have made a second arrest in connection to a bank robbery that took place on Valentine’s Day in Loris.
According to the Lois Police Department, Franklin Graham was arrested in connection to that case. They say he drove the getaway car after Victoria Neal robbed the BB&T bank on Broad Street. The United States Marshal’s Office assisted in making the arrest of Graham.
Graham is charged with armed robbery, robbery while armed or allegedly armed with a deadly weapon. His bond amount has not been set, and he remains in custody at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
