Scotland County Schools and Marlboro Academy on two-hour delay Monday

SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C.(WBTW)- Because of the possibility of refreeze and black ice on area roads, Scotland County Schools will operate on a two hour delay for students and staff on Monday, January 25.

Marlboro Academy, Private School, will also be operating on a two hour Monday, January 25, 2016.
