COLUMBIA, SC (WBTW) – This afternoon the South Carolina Basketball Coaches Association revealed their All-State teams from Class 1A to 5A.  Hartsville’s Trae Hannibal was the co-player of the year in 4A.  East Clarendon freshman Talayasia Cooper was the 2A player of the year on the girls side.  The complete list is below.  Our local players are bolded.
