FLORENCE, SC – It has been confirmed that there had been an isolated case of scabies discovered at North Vista Elementary last week; however, school officials stated that DHEC was consulted, precautionary measures have been activated throughout the school, and the students in question have been properly treated by a medical doctor.
Since that time, school officials have maintained that they are confident of the health and safety of all students at North Vista Elementary.
