PICKENS, SC — The Pickens County Sheriff’s office arrested Semeca Danyelle Oglesby of Liberty Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. and charged her with aiding an escape from prison.

Officials say Oglesby and a man helped two inmates escape the Pickens County Stockade.

Multiple news outlets report 21-year-old Oglesby and 46-year-old William “Billy” David Burns, who was arrested Tuesday, were charged with aiding escape from prison.

Authorities say Jeffrey Shane Mauldin and Dustin Ryan Floyd walked off the Stockade grounds June 9.

Oglesby was arrested at a home in Norris, SC after a Sheriff’s Office investigation revealed she arranged for the transport of two escaped inmates at the Pickens County Stockade.

Deputies also report that she was allegedly present when the escapees were picked up near the Stockade, where they were then driven to a home in Easley.

Authorities say Burns also helped Floyd and Mauldin with transportation.

Mauldin was found Friday morning and was arrested after a brief foot chase with deputies. Floyd was taken into custody Wednesday evening.

Both men are charged with escape. It is unclear if any of the four arrested have lawyers.
