GREENVILLE, SC – A Greenville Co. pastor has been accused of a second sex crime against a minor.

62-year-old Arthur Lehr was charged with two counts of criminal sexual misconduct of a minor and one count of engaging a minor for sexual performance in January.

The warrant states he touched minors in a sexual manner.

Deputies say a second victim has come forward and another charged of criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old first degree has been added.

The warrant says Lehr put his mouth on the genitalia of the 5-year-old victim.

In the original warrant, two of the three incidents date back to 1989, and authorities say there could be more victims yet to come forward.

His neighbors tells us, Lehr was a pastor in Greenville County–hosting bible studies at his house in Taylors from time to time.

Therapists say other victims may be too ashamed to speak out.

“I think one of the worst things is victim’s take the abuse or the assault and see it that they, somehow, were responsible for it,” says Neil Sondov, a Counselor at Compass of Carolina

Lehr is being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on a $30,000 bond.

Investigators want anyone who may be a victim of sexual assault to call Crime Stoppers at 864-23-CRIME.
