COLUMBIA, SC – The SC Attorney General’s office says 56 year old Daniel Ray Archer of Simpsonville was indicted for Possession of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography.
Archer was a Mauldin Middle School gym teacher.
Greenville County deputies say the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped them off that Archer’s was one of two computers in the area with child pornography.
He could receive 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
They say that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security and Greenville Co. deputies.
